Our home furnishings are often crafted by hand using a variety of unique materials that tell a wonderful story. Gabby focuses on having each one of our home furnishings and accessories make a statement and inspire conversation.

Gabby, a family owned company and division of Summer Classics- a leader in the outdoor furniture industry, debuted in Atlanta at America’s Mart and at High Point Market in the International Home Furnishings Center in 2010. The Gabby name is derived from the owner’s late Grandmother, Gabriella Comer White, who was the wordly, outspoken Christian matriarch of his family. Part of Gabby’s mission is to deliver the utmost customer service and product quality and to incorporate a family-focused mentality into every aspect of the company.

Continuing to focus on the eclectic lifestyle of our customers, constant research and unique and trend-driven product development is the foundation of our success in the highly competitive home furnishings industry. A commitment to incorporate new and innovative materials into our designs is just one of the ways Gabby sets its self apart from other home furnishings manufacturers. By featuring hand-crafted details and unique materials such as antique French newspaper, rattan, reclaimed wood, and using fabrics in the insets of drawer fronts and mirrors makes Gabby different than any other furniture company.

Chapter 6: Sophisticated, is Gabby’s latest catalog supplement featuring a beautiful presentation of Gabby’s 2013 products. This fall, Gabby introduced dozens of new products featuring a unique combination of new finishes and mixed materials. Several additions were made to the lighting and accent table categories along with several new storage and occasional seating options.

The main features of Gabby’s new product offerings incorporates transitional pieces and many mixed materials, including metal, stone, recycled wood, glass, rattan, and mirror in a more transitional styling. Look for geometric shapes, clean lines, and sophisticated details. New products also include darker finishes as well as gilded, metallic, antiqued, gold and silver and finishes that contrast well with our current furnishings. Gabby is also introducing pieces with faux shagreen for a unique texture added to occasional tables, and ottomans with sophisticated leather cushions.

Our dedication to being a leader in the home furnishings industry does not end with our customer care and product development. Gabby is also devoted to sponsoring the interior design and furnishings trade. In 2012, Gabby, along with Summer Classics and Summer Classics Stores, became a member of the American Society of Interior Designers. Designers are a huge part of the home business, and we are very proud to work with and support them through ASID.
Being a successful company allows us to be able to give back to charitable organizations who we admire. In 2012, Gabby announced a new partnership with Habitat for Humanity to help those less fortunate achieve the dream of home ownership. We also made donations to the American Cancer Society’s Smith Mountain Lake Discovery Shop, to help the organization in their fight against cancer.
