Canadel is a family-owned company. We believe in manufacturing products that are hand-assembled and hand-finished in North America.

All Canadel furnishings are made of North American solid birch. To protect the wood, we apply a catalyzed coating made of synthetic lacquers modified with nitrocellulose. This combination produces a finish that is highly resistant to marking and staining. Maintenance is easy—a damp cloth is all you need.

We’ve always considered wood as a noble material and this is reflected in the final quality of all our products. Through all phases of production, we maintain a respect for nature and the many years that have gone into growing the wood we use. All our cardboard packaging is made from recycled fibers and we distill and reuse all paint residues in our production.
