Who we are

AB&D Furniture was founded in July 1989 as a small 2 person shop on the near west side of Chicago. Producing furniture and millwork for local businesses and north shore residents, we were equipped with little more than a table saw and an edge sander.

Since then we have grown considerably, in both size and capability, and are still owned by the same two that started up over twenty years ago.  Currently operating from a 40,000 square foot facility in the south suburbs of Chicago, our facility is equipped with the latest in computer controlled machinery, our own laminating line and top line finishing equipment among other things. Our work can be seen nationwide in public and university libraries, and offices.

What we do

AB&D Furniture is a contract manufacturer of custom wood furniture and casework, producing small to large runs of quality furniture. We can offer furniture in a variety of materials such as wood, plastic laminate, solid surface, and metal.
